Is this just for businesses wanting to use AI?
No. We start with the business problem. The right answer might be a booking tool, a clearer website or a better template. AI is useful when it makes the task easier.
Do I need to replace my current website?
Often you can keep it. Adding a booking link, improving an enquiry form or connecting an existing tool may be enough. We’ll recommend a rebuild only if it serves a clear purpose.
What does a pilot project cost?
The current local pilot offer is £250 for an agreed initial build, followed by £25 a month for hosting, routine upkeep and minor support. Any paid booking platform, new pages or larger future changes are shown separately before you commit.
What is included in the monthly plan?
The £25 monthly plan covers hosting, routine checks and minor text or image updates. New pages, redesigns, booking integrations and other substantial changes are quoted separately before work begins.
Who owns the domain and software accounts?
Your domain and business accounts remain yours. Website hosting is managed as part of the monthly plan, and third-party booking accounts are set up in your business name wherever practical. Any future handover options are explained clearly.
How do you handle customer information?
We aim to keep customer and payment information in the tools chosen for your business. We agree what information is needed and how it will be used before accessing your systems. Sensitive customer details aren’t needed for an initial conversation.
